This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on www.padelracket.com.au, operated by ASPAC Padel Group Pty Ltd (ABN 63 688 336 094), trading as Padel Racket Australia.
Our logistics partner Skutopia dispatches all orders from:
H1/46–62 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories.
International shipping is available for selected countries in the Asia-Pacific region — rates and transit times will be shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Options

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, major sales), dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order leaves our Alexandria warehouse.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, weight, and selected delivery method.
Free shipping may apply for specific promotions or minimum spend thresholds displayed on our website.
6. Delivery Notes

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

We recommend using a business address or a location where someone can receive the parcel.

If no one is available, carriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or take it to the nearest collection point.
7. International Orders (if applicable)
Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by their local authorities.
Transit times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact info@padelracket.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We’ll liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
